Academic staff in the higher education institutions abroad can first apply to our university as an observer/researcher/visiting staff to do internship/training at our university within the scope of the protocol. Candidates working in the institutions except for the protocol can contact their Institutions and fill out the application form after the MoU (draft) agreement is signed between the two institutions.

Staff wishing to visit Ondokuz Mayıs University for training through the means above are required to submit the Incoming Candidate Application Form (for applicants to the Faculty of Medicine, alongside a petition letter including the department and date information of the mobility) to intercollab@omu.edu.tr. If your application is approved by the applied unit you can start their training at OMU after completing the necessary steps.
